For My Services as a Behavioral Health Provider: I am an independent contractor with Mindful Therapy Group. I meet with clients for psychotherapy appointments at the Northgate office located at 320 NE 97th St. Suite A, Seattle, WA 98115.  To contact the front desk at MTG you can call (206) 453-5707 and ask to see if I am accepting new therapy clients. I  meet with clients M-F at varying hours, with a couple of days that offer evening appointments.  At Mindful Therapy Group I am able to bill third party insurance as a paneled provider for Premera, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Lifewise, Regence, Kaiser Permanente, FirstChoice, Tricare & Cigna insurance plans. I also have a private pay schedule of fees in my psychotherapy practice for persons who prefer to not use a third party insurance provider. My set rate for mental health counseling is $140.00 per hour and this rate can be negotiable for persons who have financial circumstances that warrant a reduced rate. If I am in network with your insurance carrier then what you will pay out-of-pocket per session will be adjusted in accord with the billing agreement MTG has with your carrier. For My Services in Jyotisha/Vedic Astrology: I am offering consultations in Jyotisha/Vedic Astrology through a video conferencing platform online or in person at my home office in Seattle. Rates for astrology consultation vary with the depth of analysis requested. A Basic Life reading is $200.00 with recorded screen share video and/or audio monologue of 90 minutes duration. A Detailed Life Reading is $300.00 with recording of 2+ hours. For 60 minute consultations subsequent to substantive readings given I ask for $108.00. I do not offer compatibility charts at this time. I am developing a special chart analysis for persons in addiction recovery and am eager to enlist some new clients for experimenting with dispensing that particular bit.
